Updates

Well It's been a while since I have posted on here...Life has been crazy but fun. So that this isn't a tremendously long post, I'll give you all updates on our life

MIKE: He finished the rock wall in our backyard (thanks Kurt and Dad). It looks very nice. Alex enjoyed watching daddy and grandpa and uncle kurt working in the dirt. Mike just got called as the Assistant Ward Clerk, so that is going to be keeping him busy.

LESLIE: I have been getting my etsy shop up and getting items ready to sell on there. It's still a work in progress and I still need to get items up there. (www.thepinkmelon.etsy.com). We have been playing with friends and grandma all summer (which is going by way too fast). We have been going bowling with Uncle Weston and Aunt Abbey since Kids bowl free during summer. Alex thinks that is pretty neat to bowl with West and Abbey. We have played with grandma Sheri too before she goes back to work and have had LOTS of fun. We have gone to the Petting Zoo at Gardner Village. Alex would just walk right up to the goats and pet them (it made me a little nervous). We saw lots of baby animals too.

ALEX: Growing like a weed. Putting more words together. He LOVES his Abbey and Grandma (and Grandpa, when bompa doesn't talk loudly..haha). He torments the dogs, loves his daddy and loves to golf and play football. It'll be fun to watch him in soccer next year. He is SO funny. We have had fun playing in ma-ma (grandma) pool. Thanks Grandma for all the fun. He misses his friend Lucy and asks for her when we go to the park (yes, we miss you guys).
