October: Halloween was fun, Elle wasn't too sure of people dressed up in costumes, and spooky stuff.. I stayed home and passed out candy while Mike took the kids trick-or-treating. Elle was a princess, Alex was a Dinosaur and Kayda was a Chicago Bears Cheerleader.
November: We celebrated Elle's 3rd Birthday with a Purple Pony Party. She had a purple cake which I made and was very proud of. She was one happy girl. Elle also started preschool with HeadStart. Went to SD for Thanksgiving.
December: December 2, 2011... We adopted our two girls Elle Leslie and Kayda Ellen Rowberry. It was a wonderful day. The girls each got a stuffed animal from the Judge.
We had a great Christmas too. We got special "Angel" ornaments to put on our tree in celebration of adopting two little angels.
January - March 2012:
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Played in the snow... well what snow we had. For St.Patricks Day in March, Alex had learned about it at school and was convinced that the Leperchaun (or ELF as he calls it) was going to take his money, so he hid his money the night before. We switched it out with chocolate gold coins. He thought that was pretty cool.
April
April 7, we were sealed in the Draper Temple with our two girls Elle and Kayda. It was SUCH a special day. Everything was perfect. My girls looked so pretty dressed all in white and it was cute because Kayda just kept on looking up at me the entire time we were in the Temple. I so wish I knew what she was thinking.
